Discipleship rarely happens by accident. It takes faithful leaders, intentional communities, and a willingness to pay attention to how God is shaping people over time. These seminars and workshops draw on years of experience in small group ministry, leadership development, spiritual formation, and church consulting. Each training is designed to help churches cultivate communities where people can belong, grow, serve, and continue responding to God’s invitation to a lifetime relationship with him and with one another.
Workshops can be delivered as conference breakouts, leader trainings, ministry retreats, volunteer development events, or customized learning experiences.
